Refund Policy


You are subject to a refund on undelivered services based on the following policy. Our refund policy states as follows, if you are having order issues, email ( our customer service team and give us 3 business days to make your order right. If we have not corrected your order within 5 business days from the time you emailed us, we’ll provide a full or partial refund. If you experience a drop in service, contact us and we will refill any lost services as long as it is within 30 days from the purchase order date. There are also the exceptions that refunds will not be given to those that first purchased the services with a free credit. Late delivery does not make you eligible for a refund. Fluidbuzz is responsible for meeting customer satisfaction and there will be due diligence done as a main component of the refund process.
